| One of the great pleasures of fishing the Golden Mahseer (Tor Putitora) or the Indian Trout (Barilius Bola) in India, is the sublime surroundings of the Corbett Tiger Reserve, where not only the wildlife is abundant but so is the fishing excellent, on a 25 mile stretch of the protected riverside habitat which has remained unaltered these last 100 years.

Though fishing can be done for a fairly long period of time from Mid September to 15 June, the best time is from Mid September to Mid November & again from March through the first week of June. |
