DAY 01 Abroad - Delhi. Reception at the airport by our representative. Transfer to Hotel Diplomat/Vasant Continental.
DAY 02 Delhi. Sight seeing tour of Qutab Minar, Jama Masjid, Sis Ganj Gurdwara (a Sikh Temple), India Gate & drive through the Connaught Place. Overnight at the hotel
DAY 03 Delhi - Agra (210 km). B'fast at 800 hrs. leave for Agra at 9.00 am, enroute, stopping to see the Agra Fort & tomb of Itmadudaullah. In medieval times Agra was a capital to one of the most powerful empires - The Mughals - the world has ever seen. Overnight at Hotel Jay Pee Palace/Mansingh
DAY 04 Agra - Jaipur (250 Km). After B'fast, check out of the hotel (9.00 am) & proceed to the Taj Mahal, "…The immediate impact of Taj is dazzling: a spiritual wonder hovering between the real and unreal, incredibly beyond all the clichés that have ever been written about it"…Thereafter, on way to Jaipur, stop to see Fatehpur Sikri, the 16th century city founded by the greatest Mughal, Jalal ul deen Akber. Now home to orchestra of nature, in the form of chirping birds, a strikingly quiet place in the daily carnival, that is India. Arrival in Jaipur late evening. Overnight at Hotel KK Royal Days/Shahpura House.

DAY 05 Jaipur. "The whole place had a dream like feeling…and so we wandered on, from courtyard to courtyard, from pavilion to gallery to chamber to hall, until I could only think that this was all a setting for some fabulous fairy-tale". Full day sight seeing of Fort Amber, the City Palace & the old observatory
DAY 06 Jaipur. Easy day for picking up gift items & strolling in the unique, oriental markets! Dinner recommended at Jai Mahal Palace.
DAY 07 Jaipur - Ranthambore (180km). After B'fast, proceed at 8.00 to Ranthambore. This was the private game reserve & hunting gounds of the maharajas of Jaipur. The last tiger was shot by Queen Elizabeth, in 1962, before this most beautiful animal was declared protected. The jungle is home to an amazing variety of animals including the Sambhar, Blue bull, Leopards, cheetals & crocodiles that manifest the huge lakes.
Go for photo safari, on a pickup truck, in this awful setting, overlooked by the ancient fort, scene of many a battle between the Hindu chivalry & valour, against the marauding Khiljis, of West Asia.
Overnight in Hotel Tigers Den/ Ranthambore Regency.
DAY 08 Ranthambore. Morning left for individual activities & in the evening, safari repeated.
DAY 09 Ranthambore - Udaipur (355 Km). B'fast, at 8.00 & leave for Udaipur at about 8.30 am. The winding road passes through some of the most spectacular landscapes of Rajasthan. You can see men & women at work, on their fields. Shepherds tending to their flocks. Arrival late evening in Udaipur. Overnight in Hotel Partap Country Inn/Shikarbari.
DAY 10 Udaipur. The chief of the Rajput clans, stayed in grass huts with his family & vassals, when driven out of Chittor his capital, by the tyrannical Mughals, a not unfamiliar saga of sacrifice & bravery in the annals of Rajasthan. The city palace is built, exactly on the location of these huts, in the days of yore.
Full day sight seeing tour of the city palace, crystal gallery (the largest collection in the world) & museum. Evening boat ride around the lake palace hotel.
DAY 11 Udaipur - Mount Abu (180km). After B'fast, proceed to Mount Abu to visit the Delwara Temples, open from noon to 6.00pm Stroll around the Naki lake. Overnight in Hotel Mount Regency.
DAY 12 Mount Abu - Fort Dhamli (270 Km). B'fast partaken & check out, proceed to Dhamli. The fort is in the middle of the semi-arid, desert conditions of Rajasthan. The chief of Dhamli is a keen horseman & maintains a stable of finest breed of Marwari Horses. Dinner & overnight at fort Dhamli.
DAY 13 Fort Dhamli. Complete relaxation or you catch-up on your diary.
DAY 14 Fort Dhamli- Jaisalmer (280 Km). After B'fast, checkout and proceed to see the Mehrangarh fort, at Jodhpur, perched atop a hill. Arrival in Jaisalmer. Overnight in hotel Gorbandh/Heritage Inn.
DAY 15 Jaisalmer. Full day sight seeing of the patrician houses. Post lunch; proceed to village Khuri for the camel safari to the sunset point. Overnight in hotel.
DAY 16 Jaisalmer - Bikaner (240 Km). After B'fast leave for Bikaner. Arrival early evening. Check into Hotel Gajner Palace/Heritage Resort.
DAY 17 Bikaner. After B'fast, visit the fort Junagarh & the camel breeding farm. Evening free for individual activities.
DAY 18 Bikaner - Nawalgarh (275 Km). Checkout after B'fast & leave for Nawalgarh. This place fell directly on the silk route, the route of trade & commerce between Delhi & Central Asian markets. Many of the traders built grand patrician houses, decorated with murals depicting scenes from myths, epics, folklore, and history, including the British in India. These are fascinating social documents.
Overnight in Hotel Roop Niwas.
DAY 19 Nawalgarh - Samode (150Km). Partake of B'fast & proceed to see the Roop Niwas & Jandgid havelis. Drive there on to Samode. Overnight in Samode Baug, a tented accommodation, inside a garden - very luxurious. Dinner at Samode Palace hotel is highly recommended.
DAY 20 Samode - New Delhi (200km). Take leisurely B'fast and check out around 12.00pm for Delhi. Transfer to International airport.
DAY 21 Midnight Flight - Abroad.
